RASHAAD PENNY
Rashaad Penny is the biggest surprise due to the fact that he’s actually active. People have speculated all year that the Eagles were saving Penny for later in the season due to his injury history. Maybe this is a sign we see more under center and pistol formations.
BRADLEY ROBY
Bradley Roby is inactive with the return of Avonte Maddox. This likely has to do with special teams, as Kelee Ringo, Eli Ricks and Josh Jobe play a significant amount on special teams while Roby does not. The primary back ups in the slot will be Ricks and Brown. It will be interesting to see if the Eagles opt to continue their rotation in the slot this game with Maddox working back from his injury.
MARLON TUIPULOTU
Marlon Tuipulotu is a surprise inactive. He’s been serviceable as a 4th/5th option in the defensive tackle rotation this season. However, I think this has more to do with Moro Ojomo. I like what I’ve seen from Ojomo in the few reps he has received. It looks like the youth movement continues, this time with Ojomo taking on a bigger role.
TYLER STEEN
I’m not surprised to see Tyler Steen inactive with Landon Dickerson back. Sua Opeta has played better than the rookie this season and deserves to be the first option up at guard if Dickerson or Cam Jurgens were to go down (or if Kelce misses time and Jurgens has to slide to center).
MCKEE, SLAY, CUNNINGHAM
No surprise here from this group as Darius Slay was already ruled out on Friday and Zach Cunningham was listed as doubtful on Saturday. Tanner McKee is the emergency third QB.
ARIZONA CARDINALS

As expected, Kyler Murray will plays.
Marquise “Hollywood” Brown and Jonathan Ledbetter were put on IR earlier this week.
Other than that, there are no surprises for the Cardinals, despite having several starts listed as limited participants throughout the week.
